Please note once orders are submitted we are unable to make any adjustments to your order as we do like to process our orders fairly quickly. Thank you in advance for your understanding regarding this matter. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

  • What is the difference between Collections?
 Each collection is a different fabric. We have an overview of this in our customer service section.
  • Are my Items reserved in the Cart?
 Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the stock for your final checkout. Stock is only allocated once payment has been confirmed.
  •  I placed more than one order, can I combine them?
 If you have placed multiple orders, we are unfortunately unable to combine these or refund shipping charges.
  •  I recently ordered, can I get a Discount?
 We cannot provide discounts on any orders placed before or after the sale. This would be unfair to everyone else who waited.

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
