Shipping policy

We want to make sure your order gets to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please keep in mind that once an order is submitted, we're unable to make any adjustments as we work hard to process orders promptly. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our best to help you out.

We offer worldwide shipping, and our processing time is typically 3-5 business days. After your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package. If there are any delays after your parcel has shipped, please let us know and we'll do our best to help track it down for you. Due to shipping delays worldwide, our shipping times may be longer than usual, but we're working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.

For our customers outside the US, we offer shipping through APC Postal Logistics and DHL Express Worldwide. Please note that customs fees may apply and that we're unable to waive them upon delivery. If your package is returned to us for any reason, we'll need to charge you for shipping costs and any duty and tax that may have incurred.

If your package can't be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, or if you're unable to pick it up from your local USPS center or refuse to receive it, it'll be returned to us at your expense. Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer an exchange or refund for any abandoned packages.
